White Light Waterfall Meditation

Sit back and relax in a chair, lay on a yoga mat, your bed or sit in cross leg position on the ground. Whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Close your eyes and hold your hands palms up. Bring your attention to your breathing, without trying to change it. Just observe it as you breathe in and out for a few minutes. Then take a deep breath and relax.

Picture a white light waterfall coming from source energy, the universe, God, Goddess, Angels; whatever you choose to believe, down into the top of your head and washing over you. Picture that white light waterfall going completely over your body, down your legs and feet making roots into the ground. This white light is of only good intentions and is protecting and securing you.

Now picture that white light going from one hand to another playing and bouncing back and fourth. The minds eye is powerful so picturing this will help tremendously during this healing meditation.

The white healing light is now expanding and filling your entire spiritual body. Take some deep breaths here and sit with this light, visualizing it and embodying it.

Now I would like you to picture an image in your head of our planet and skies. When you are ready I would like you to focus that healing white light coming from your hands, your heart and body shooting it up into the skies completely surrounding our planet. Ask our higher source energy light, God, Goddess, Angels or whatever you choose to believe to help dissipate anything chemical and not natural in our beautiful skies and to please protect it from any additional harm in the future.

After your meditation is over I would like you to please picture yourself being supported by the collective, the trees, animals and each other. Picture strong white roots from your body into the earth supporting and loving you. You are now safe and grounded back into earth. Some other amazing grounding techniques are to go outside and stand in the earth barefoot, a walk on the beach barefoot or hugging a loved one.

Drink plenty of clean water tonight, eat light and organic, take an Epsom salt bath and get at least 8 hours sleep.
